Sunshine Digital Marketing & Media Production employs this policy to define the fundamental principles of its commitment to the quality of services and advisory it provides to its clientele while upholding its core values.
- Introduction
Sunshine Digital Marketing & Media Production is committed to being the leader in organizational sustainability (“Sustainability”) through education, innovation, and facilitation of best practices in all its operations. It is committed to supporting organizations to meeting global policies and practices around the broad spectrum of media and communication. Our The Programs are focused on the pillars of: championing diversity and inclusion, protecting human rights, supporting our communities in knowledge building and leadership in sustainability. We take reasonable steps to manage our footprint and develop programs to increase internal organization capacity and positive imaging as well as increase our usage of skills, products and services.
The Company has established baselines that guide its performance results annually to externally recognized third party reporting mechanisms and rating agencies. Performance reporting enables our clients to gauge social responsibility efforts (also called, Social Governance) in conjunction with financial reporting to evaluate overall company performance. The Company also works with governments, nonprofit organizations and academic institutions to develop media and communication solutions.
To that end, Sunshine Digital Marketing & Media Production has developed a program approach designed to not only benefit its clients, associates and shareholders but also the communities in which it operates. The Program enhances our reputation, delivers positive economic benefits and helps the us attract and retain talent and client. The Program enables the us to optimize its our risk management efforts and measure our results both quantitatively and qualitatively to drive competitive advantage by achieving short and long term Sustainability goals.

Reporting and Monitoring Risk, responsible for;
- Tracking, measuring and reporting on our performance to be utilized by clients in rating
- Obtaining credible third-party verification and financial review of data and metrics, including our media and communication footprint;
- Maintaining oversight of existing and new products/services.
- Appropriate tracking of sustainability controls is built into our business practices. Such tracking is commensurate with the level of risk.
Training and Communication, responsible for;
- Provide appropriate sustainability training to our clients.
- Develop ongoing communications with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including but not limited to, SG reporting, requests for proposals, third- party reviews and our sustainability performance.
Management of Third-Party Service Providers, responsible for;
- Oversight of third-party service providers who supply and develop sustainability products and services to the us.
- Administering all surveys related to corporate social responsibility performance of service providers and their products. Administered surveys are intended to track third-party service provider performance and other products, services and information.

- Integration into Business Decisions: We develop sustainability concepts relevant to the assignment/client and map business opportunities both of which are strategically integrated into our everyday business decisions and advisory to our clients’ needs beforehand to ensure that the clients are in a position to visualize the value of our interventions to their projects and broadly, to the organization beyond the simplicity of delivery of outputs.
- Client Awareness and Engagement: We make our clientele aware of our Sustainability Policy and engage them meaningfully, effectively and strategically.
- Reporting Initiatives: We report internally and externally on our sustainability initiatives to our clients and internally, progressively document on how to continually develop our methodological approach as a learning and growth curve for improvement.
- Regular Policy Review: We regularly review this policy to ensure its alignment with current best practices and client diversified needs all within the dynamic development and consultancy environment into which we operate.
- Compliance and Codes of Practice: We adhere to our clients’ applicable legislations and adopt appropriate codes of practice, therein effectively supporting and contributing to the diversity of the United Nationals Sustainable Development Goals.
- Embracing Circular Economy Values: We move away from the linear “engagement-make-leave” concept of many consulting organizations and enforce “engage, conceptualize, design, implement, support” steps therein supporting clients in the institutionalization of best practices.
